“This place is un-bean-lievably good!”
As a new agent, I know that video will be one key to my success. It is competitive out there, so I must start incorporating video into my sales strategy. It will undoubtedly enhance my ability to sell homes, and that is the whole point, right?
I want my buyers to experience a property in a more immersive way, showcasing features and layouts that static images just can’t capture. I imagined WILDLY engaging virtual tours and video walkthroughs that create a powerful emotional connection, helping buyers visualize themselves in the space. The problem is this: I have no experience or talent to make what I envision. The technical aspects of video production are not in my wheelhouse. It was time to recruit some talent to help me.
I had been texting back and forth with a talented visual story friend about setting up a meeting to discuss his new marketing company, Scratch Productions. He is developing a production company to help small businesses and non-profits communicate their message through video. I wanted to have a conversation to see if we could work together to make videos that will sell more homes.
He suggested we meet at Chrissy Beanz for a coffee. I may have been hiding in Croghan for too long, but I had not heard of this coffee shop. My friend is the type of guy who would know the best spots in town, so I trusted his recommendation. If you’re looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a delightful cup of coffee and a sweet treat, look no further than Chrissy Beans in Watertown. The original location was opened in Sackets Harbor in 1999, and then subsequently opened a second location on Washington Street in Watertown.
As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the minimalist yet inviting atmosphere and the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee. It is the perfect setting for casual catch-ups and informal meetings, and I found it an ideal spot for some relaxed brainstorming. I arrived a few minutes before him and ordered a coffee and a pumpkin chocolate chip muffin. (It’s Fall, after all!)
Now, let’s talk about the coffee—absolutely top-notch! Whether you prefer a classic brew or something more adventurous, the baristas are knowledgeable and happy to recommend something you’ll love. I obviously went for an iced coffee, and it was simply divine.
And the pastries! Oh, where do I even begin? The selection is impressive, with everything from flaky croissants to decadent muffins. I couldn’t resist trying any of their signature muffins; mine was moist, bursting with flavor, and the perfect complement to my coffee.
Overall, Chrissy Beanz offers a delightful experience combining great coffee, delicious treats, and a welcoming environment. Whether catching up with a friend or having a laid-back meeting, this charming café is the perfect choice.
I am confident my friend and I can produce video content to help my clients sell their award-winning homes. Stay tuned to this channel!!

I totally agree with the review. I went for breakfast and was amazing.
Glad you found my favorite coffee place! Either location is great. I love a 16 oz Iced Americano! The raspberry thumb prints are amazing. Great team of hardworking great folks. So glad they are part of our community
